saffiterIt's faaaar too early for me (In case anyone's wondering I'm currently sitting in a computer lab at the uni hoping and praying that no lecturer's are going to come in and tell us to get out 'cause there's a class in here. That would just be annoying.) I've been up since 5:30. Had to go into uni with dad today 'cause mum had a morning shift. At least I start earlyish today (10am) as opposed to mondays where I start at 5pm. It's not even 9am yet.
Haven't had much time for getting on my computer lately, I've been studying instead. Writing lots of poetry for my poetics class etc. It doesn't leave much time for anything else. I haven't even had a chance to write anything INTERESTING *wails* I'm having writing withdrawls (as opposed to caffine withdrawls which are equally as nasty. I had one of those on monday, evil, evil things they are. Damn mum for getting me hooked on tea ^_^). I seriously have to sit down and finish the last little bit of bloodlines and get it sent off to Mchan asap, even if it means not getting any sleep one night.
I'm still dancing, and have some WONDERFUL bruises on my shin bone from it. At least they aren't giant eggs anymore, they used to be. *grin*.
On another note, my parents are trying to run my life. They've decided that once I graduate they're going to sell the house and move out west somewhere. That I don't mind, they've already said that they'll make sure I'm settled somewhere before they do that, it's the rest of what they're going to do thats bugging me. They've organised with my cousin that I'll move up to Cairns, live with her and work up there. Um.. do I get a say in this? Maybe I want to stay where I am. Don't get me wrong, Kayleen's cool and I get along with her great, but eveyrthing I know is here. My dancing school is here. I'd have to switch schools AGAIN if I moved up there, or quit entirely, I don't want to quit. My friends are here. *shrugs* I'm gonna have to start doing some research into how much a one bedroom apartment is here and try and get a full time job somewhere so that I don't have to move. Either that or look into shared accomodation.... anyone looking for a housemate? *grin*

Date: 2004-03-24 01:55 pm (UTC)I just had a thought, my Godmother lives at West End and they're planning on leasing out the rooms on their upper floor to students. They plan on living downstairs instead of on both levels like they are at the moment. So if they do it by the time you need it, I'd put in a good word for you if you wanted. Good luck!
