You know you've been reading ancient sources for too long when you start to recognise names.

Before you start going "Of COURSE you'd recognise names, you read them all the time". Let me just add that I'm talking about recognising names when they're written in another language. One of my books has ancient Greek written on the opposite page and I'm starting to learn how to read the names in it. I've never taken Greek in my life...
