I LOATHE my job

Really, I do.

I get abused, hung up on, smart arsed people on the other end of the line, bitter old men who do nothing but bitch, people who bitch about their lives, the list goes on.

I loathe my job.

There are the interesting things that make it okay, at times. Lovely little old ladies that just want to chat, people who are willing to listen to you, the actual people I work with (some of who are absolutely insane). Not to mention people who were obviously named badly by their parents (I pity the poor person who will forever be known as P.Brain. I literally fell out of my chair laughing when I saw that). Or the W & E Turner that I saw in one listing (gave me the giggles that one did).

I'm definately looking for a new job though. I can't handle this one for much longer.

I'm off sick for the next few days. I rung them up today to tell them that and got told that my supervisor was going to ring me up and talk to me about that. What? I'm not allowed to be sick now? *scowls*. If the don't like it, they can just fire me... they'd probably be doing me a favor 'cause I want OUT of this job.

I'm looking for other stuff. Not only here in Brizzy, but I'm also looking at getting some work on a cruise ship (yes, you read right. A cruise ship. As in a luxury liner that sails around places like the Caribbean etc.). I've been reading up on it (and I know someone who's currently doing that. I know that if she can do it then I definatley can) and it sounds fascinating. It'd be a way to travel and see the world at the same time.

In other news the process of getting my Irish/Australian Passport and Irish citizenship is moving along nicely. My grandparent's birth certificates arrived on Friday (which is good. I don't even know what my Grandmother's NAME was! I'm not sure if I even know what Grandy's name was). They're currently sitting in the mailroom at Narangba waiting for me.

Not much else to really report so I'll disappear again now.

Aww hon, I'd definitely get outta that job. Can't do something you hate. The Cruise idea is brilliant. How cool would that be? And the hotties. Yep, perfect. lol.

As for the names- W & E Turner? lmao. You never know, it could be who we think it is. Or we could just be crazy. lol. But it's so worth the giggles.
