Now, if I've read the schedual on this lab's door correctly I've got until 10am with this comp.

Nothing much happening around here at the moment. Had dancing last night (there's a feis this weekend at the Irish Club, I despise the Irish Club. So crowded, noisy, and the stage is just far too small to do any decent dancing on it! I'm not going. I decided to have this feis off.) Molly (not really sure how old she is, 12, I think) was wearing a 'Vive le fcuk' tshirt. You should've seen Mrs. Jackson do a triple take at it *snickers*. Molly kept going on about how it ment something about a french connection and Mrs. Jackson was teasing her about how someone her age should not be wearing a shirt like that (then winking at me when Molly's back was turned).

I spent most of the lesson working with Rebecca to get her slip jig and jig right (it didn't work, 3 hours and she's still stuffing it up... she's known these dances for MONTHS. I'm the only one in the class who can handle teaching her the stuff).

Must rememeber to pounce on Erin when I get to my Masterworks class, she went and saw Secret Window last night (or as she put it, "Johnny Depp doing tortured artsy type..rrrrrrrowl."). I want to know if it's worth going and seeing and I DON'T want to miss it like I did with Once Upon a Time in Mexico.

I don't know what this says about me, but I find this sound bite absolutely hilarious

Sands:It is so good that when I'm finished with it I'll pay my check, walk straight into the kitchen, and shoot the cook; and that is what I would like from you right now, to help me keep the balance by pulling the trigger
?:You want me to shoot the cook?
Sands: No, I'll shoot the cook, my car's parked out back anyway.

Why do I find that so funny? It's probably just from lack of sleep... either that or how it's said. Or it's just so bizarre that it's funny.

Anyone know a place that's selling 'The 13th Warrior' on Dvd at a reasonable price? I want to get a copy of it.

Have an hour on Roman Love Poetry (primarily by Catullus today I think), joy. Then a big break (in the middle of which I go and pick up my premiere tickets to Troy *bounces happily*) and then Age of Alexander.. I'm not sure but I think we're doing another battle today.

Oh, I also learnt something interesting. NEVER taunt Alexander. Anyone who does has a habit of winding up rather dead.. in, well, interesting ways *snicker*. Okay, now I know I need more sleep, that shouldn't be anywhere near as funny as I found it.

I'm gonna go now. I'll be back online when I get home. There's a stack of stuff I want to reply to and I keep forgetting that I can't do that at Uni.i

Try ebay or Amazon.

*nods* I'll have to have a look (not that I'll be able to get it from there, but once I get out of home I'll have to have a look. I'll keep checking target etc. until then).

Hmmmm I used to have patience for teaching my kids that just could not learn things. And now I seem to be expecting them to get things straight off or I go mental.

The thing is that this girl has known these dances for most of the year and has been driving the teacher nuts.

Damn uni computers! Although my friend Jade, at her uni, she can use msn!!! :O So not fair *pouts*

*nodnod* Uh-huh! I hit on the reply button, the page turns up but you can't type anything... which is VERY frustrating!
